KRAM Development has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Adventum Fund to jointly develop a network of KPark retail parks across Poland.

The partnership aims to create modern, sustainable retail parks in key regional locations throughout the country. The projects will be carried out under a joint venture structure, combining KRAM Development’s expertise in project development and management with Adventum’s investment experience and financial resources.

The first joint projects are already in the preparation phase.
