Tomasz Buras MRICS
CEO
Tomasz is a recognizable real estate executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the Polish and Central & Eastern European property markets. As the long-standing CEO of Savills Poland, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into one of the region’s most dynamic and diversified advisory platforms. Under his leadership, Savills expanded its service lines across office, industrial, investment, and property management sectors, opened regional offices in key cities such as Kraków, Poznań and Gdańsk, and built one of the leading multidisciplinary teams in the market.
Tomasz combines strategic vision with deep operational understanding — he has led business transformations, set up and managed teams and was instrumental in business expansion and business development. He supported many clients through complex leasing, investment, and development processes. His expertise spans corporate real estate strategy, investment advisory, ESG implementation and long-term portfolio optimisation. Recognised by the market for his integrity, client focus, and leadership skills, Tomasz is also a certified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics.
Dariusz Węglicki MBA
Development Director
Dariusz is an experienced real estate professional with extensive expertise in commercial property development, project management and investment execution. Over the past two decades, he has successfully delivered numerous retail and mixed-use projects across Poland and USA, managing all stages from concept design and permitting to construction and commercialization.
At KRAM Development, Dariusz oversees the full development cycle of retail parks and other investment projects within the Group. His responsibilities include supervising design and technical documentation, coordinating general contractors and ensuring that all projects meet the company’s quality, cost and sustainability standards.
He brings a results-driven approach, deep technical knowledge, and strong leadership skills, supporting KRAM Development’s mission to create modern, efficient, and environmentally responsible retail destinations.Paweł Leśny FCCA
CFO
Paweł Leśny is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development and asset management across Poland and the CEE region. He has held key leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, and Regional Finance Manager in leading international real estate groups managing portfolios with assets under management ranging from EUR 300 million to over EUR 3 billion. His expertise covers corporate finance, bank financing and refinancing, financial modelling and valuation, investment due diligence, IFRS and multi-GAAP reporting as well as treasury, tax optimization and corporate governance. Paweł has extensive experience working with banks, auditors, legal and tax advisors and institutional investors and has successfully led complex restructuring and process-reengineering initiatives within large, multi-jurisdictional organizations.
He began his career at Ernst & Young in Poland in audit and advisory services and later held senior positions at Hines, ECE (both in Luxembourg) and NEPI Rockcastle where he was responsible for financing, reporting, and financial oversight across multiple European markets.
Paweł is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Anna Piotrowska
Leasing Director
Anna Piotrowska is a highly experienced and results-driven real estate professional with over 20 years of expertise in leasing and asset management, gained through her involvement in some of the largest retail and mixed-use developments in Poland.
Throughout her career, she has successfully developed and executed commercialisation and leasing strategies for landmark projects such as Manufaktura, Magnolia Park, Forum Gdańsk, Wars Sawa Junior, and Sukcesja, consistently achieving occupancy levels exceeding 95%.
Anna specialises in building optimal tenant mixes, leading lease negotiations, and developing long-term leasing strategies focused on maximising asset value. She has worked closely with leading international and regional brands, including H&M, CCC, Empik, Rituals, and Uniqlo, supporting their expansion in the Polish market and the introduction of new retail concepts.
Prior to joining KRAM Development, Anna held senior and director-level positions at Atrium Poland, Multi Development, EPP, and JLL, where she was responsible for leasing processes as well as the re-commercialisation of key retail assets.
With a strong legal and commercial background, Anna combines in-depth knowledge of the retail real estate market with a strategic, value-oriented mindset, ensuring sustainable value creation and long-term performance for each project.Piotr Dudzic
Legal Counsel
Piotr is a seasoned legal advisor with over twenty years of experience in real estate, commercial, and civil law. For more than two decades he worked with Echo Investment S.A., one of the leading developers in Poland, where he managed complex transactions involving the acquisition and sale of land and commercial properties, company takeovers, project financing structures and lease negotiations.
He has led numerous due diligence processes, construction contract negotiations and development projects across Poland, providing comprehensive legal and strategic support throughout all stages of the investment cycle. His deep understanding of the real estate market, and negotiation skills ensure effective risk mitigation and legal security for every project.
Piotr holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Łódź and postgraduate studies in Business Organization and Management from the Warsaw School of International Trade and Finance. He has been a licensed legal counsel since 2004.
Rafał Kamiński
Tenant Coordinator
Rafał is a Project Manager with over 20 years of professional experience. Since 2013, he has been active in the commercial real estate and retail park sector, managing the full delivery process of construction investments.
He is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including construction management and tenant coordination, working in close cooperation with leasing and commercialisation teams. Rafał leads the preparation of technical annexes with tenants, supervises the design and tendering processes, and coordinates fit-out works, additional tenant requirements, and handover documentation, including the process of obtaining all necessary permits for leased units.
He oversees tenant fit-out execution, selects contractors, and continuously monitors construction progress, actively participating in regular site and construction meetings to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
For 10 years, Rafał led development projects and the tenant coordination department at DIBP Invest, gaining extensive hands-on experience in complex retail developments.
Throughout his career, he has managed tenant coordination for numerous retail parks and shopping centres, including Multibox, ERA Park, Przystanek Karkonosze, Retalia, as well as major shopping centres such as Nowa Sukcesja, Wiślanka, Plac Unii, and Tarasy Grabiszyńskie.
By combining strong technical expertise, excellent organisational skills, and extensive experience in cooperation with key retail tenants, Rafał ensures that each project is delivered in line with the agreed assumptions, on schedule, and to the highest standards, giving investors confidence and predictability throughout the development process.
